I'd give my left bollock to be able to sit with a pint of Tennants lager and watch Eurosport on a Sunday morning. Over 50 countries receive it (most of them as a "freebie" on their basic cable/satellite package) including Asian countries like the Phillipines and yet we're stuck with Sky Sport's pathetic offering (unless you like Rugby, American footie, baseball and Golf). I hope Rupert Murdoch chokes.

Isn't that foolish offering the majority sports instead of relatively minor sports.

Check the attachment. Funnily enough being on KB I'm hankering after motorcycle endurance racing, WSB, BSB, AMA, Japanese superbike, German Superbike, supersports racing, supermotard etc. Not to mention all the rallying and saloon car racing.

I hear what your saying - Eurosport was a good channel. This is what comes of living in a country where minority sports are the only sorts played.

New Zealand leading the world in Rugby (only 5 countries in the world take it seriously as a sport)
New Zealand are also pretty damn good at Cricket (again only really played in a handful of countries)

There's a bar in Tauranga (an English theme pub selling pints of Tennants....bwhahahah) some kiwi bikers dragged me into. Fantastic. I've never found 70 shilling over here (yet). It's probably illegal to sell it or something.

Aaah - maybe we'll go with the satellite TV connection after all - has Eurosport as one of the channels and is a shit load cheaper the Foxtel.......as well as not being tied into a contract.....

See, even crap countries like Australia get Eurosport. I don't just want motogp. I want them all. I want them repeated 3 or 4 times a week so if I miss em (you know..when they're shown live at 3am on a Monday morning) I can watch em again.
