    Just in case anyone's noticed.....

I am uncharacteristically (sp?) online at 11am.

That's cos I'm at home with the bot. In bed, electric blanket on, watching the "On the Limit" tape about the NZ Castrol Six Hour races. Ah, the memories....Vince Sharpe back at the track in his pyjamas after crashing with Rod Harris going into Dunlop. Neville and Dave Hiscock. Robert Holden. Alan De Lautour, Dave Martin. Mal Campbell. Neil Chivas. Ah, the good old days..... Bill Biber and Phil Payne winning on the VF750. Glenn Williams.....

Alright, I'll stop now and go back to watching the tape.

lemon juice/honey/whiskey/dissolving panadol & hot water, ohhh it'll put hairs on ya chest! and if it don't kill ya from the taste alone you may actually feel a lil better before long & if not, just increase the whiskey ratio till you're happy 8-)

Chicken soup. And panadeine. And whisky. And more whisky. And citrus for vitamin C. And more whisky.

Get well soon. The weekend is fast upon us...

I remember all of those guys,I must be just about as old as you are found Phil Payne to be a bit unreliable when trying to get some work done by him when he was in cycletreads down here, but he was fairly quick on his Alchemy

I'd be very interested in seeing those tapes and are prepared to pay in chocolate, hope you recover soon

Well, after having got some strong drugs from the Dr on Monday morning, and spending 2 1/2 days in bed, I'm back to about 90% health so am back to work today.

Thanks for your wishes guys. the only thing that would have gotten me better quicker would be a tape of Ben Bostrom.......

Kickaha: I'm sure we can come to some arrangement re the tape - it was great reliving all those "glory days" of motorcycling.
