Veni, Vidi, Vici. PMCC 06/07 Series

    What luverly day.

Thanks be to the Man, that it wasn't raining as the witch doctors at metservice had suggested. but was in fact nice and shiney, with the exception of about 3 spots of rain.

I hurt my back ages ago, and it has been giving me real grief, so in terms of pain threshhold, I was honestly pushing it to race, but for me, the F1 championship was at stake.

Was stoked that guys like Nicko, Poos, Jimmy, fizzerman, etc etc turned up.

I had a convincing points lead, so only needed top 5 finishes to walk away with the title in F1, but sheesh, they made me work for it!!

Decided to go easy in F2, as I was coming 4th equal, and wasn't too bothered about it, back was giving me way too much arseholes to pull finger 6 times in the day!!

Race 1, bad start, played catch up, was riding about as smooth as the slimey guy on the corner who hits on every woman that walks past. Hung on during crazy highside attempts, to finish with a 3rd, just losing out to nick cole and a bit further behind the dude on the rsvr 1000, whose name I can't for the life of me remember.

Race 2, OK start, but not Great, fight fight fight, and into 3rd again. RSVR and Nicko 1st and 2nd respectively.
Nearly biffed it all away trying to do a standup, landing the front on the grass by the tight chicane onto the back straight. Must have looked funny!

Race 3, I had enough points to not run it, and still win, but I couldn't do that!! No, skulled some more panadol back, and a mouldy old voltaren, and into it. Wasn't quite on the pace, finishing a mere 4th. Did wheelies down the back straight with Nicko... heh, fun.

Soooo, for me a profitable weekend.

Special thanks to Poos for stroking my ego, telling me about the darkies I was leaving out of corners.
    (none in my undies either!!)

Well done to Jason, was some good riding today mate, you are getting that power down real well!!

Sorry to hear of Kellys injury though, and Kyles crash looked pretty bad in F2!!

Was a serious amount of carnage in one f2 race, insaneO!

    I was 4th in F2 as well...

Stoked, love you all long time. Now to go get some sleep, and try to let munter back heal!!

Big ups Jonno! You worked really hard for that win with consistent racing all season at every round.

Congrats on the title Jonno, You looked good out there.

Kyle came off right in front of us. Didn't look good at all, but was lucky that neither he nor his bike hit the pit wall! Can't understand people who like seeing crashes...

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
