Thats a nice scooter there man im guessing thats a lambretta.
A belladonna is a vespa, but in 2000 LML the people who used to make vespas for vespa changed their name to belladonna instead of vespa for legal reasons as vespa didnt want them to make they type of scooter new under the vespa name, the only difference between a old vespa and a new belladonna is the disc brakes, the motor (its a 150cc), the shock, electric start and a few other minor mechanical diffrences but other than that its a new vespa with a diffrent name.
And if you want to check the best ever example of a lambretta check the one at "Scooter World" its about $7000 best restoration you will ever see it has a original lambretta bage that cost $600 that has been sunk into the original ... umm what are the called the thing in front of your legs ? lol any ways, its the finest lambretta around in my humble view

all you care to know about belladonna speed

check out www.stellaspeed.com . It is a forum for owners of the same bike, sold as a "stella" in the USA. All you want to know about pipes, rejetting, cylinder kits. Regearing isn't really an option, you can fit a taller tyre if you have really gone for it in the tuning.

I managed about 103 km/h on my SJ125T -- admittedly, it was on a slightly downhill sloping part of the motorway...pretty good effort though. Got some strange looks from cage drivers as I rolled past them.
