The message threads are divided into a tree format a little bit. There are divisions, with categories, and some of those categories have sub-categories. To post you can click quote on someones post or quick and write out, or Go Advanced for a few more functions.

User CP has all your settings, as well as one way to access you Private Message inbox and such.
