Wednesday night ride

A group of us Wairarapa Riders were talking today, and decided to start our own Wednesday Night Ride for anyone who wants to go for a little blat and a stop at a pub. Anyone interested post any ideas where we could go etc. Will be a cruisy ride.. as I'm a bit of a slow poke.. just a warning. Also Weather Permitting... I'm a softy...

Meeting place: Gull in Masterton
Time: 6.30pm on a Wednesday Night

Will work out where to go when we met at Gull. But will prob stop at Gladstone Pub for a drink.

Will txt everyone as well if the ride is on - so if I dont have your cell phone number please pm it too me.

Suggest once you have sorted out the details regarding meeting times (not destinations) etc that you edit/update the first post with said details. Have a look at the TCWNR/TRTNR threads to see what I mean.

Awesome MattRSK.. would be good to met you. Sometimes we do a Sunday Cruise around maybe to martinborough or somewhere, will keep you in mind for that as well.

I haven't had a weekend at home (Palmerston) for well over 2 months now. My parents think I am living a secret life somewhere else. It's all good though have done 10,000km on my bike since I got it in march . Goodness I am rambling, and I said goodness.

With not too much effort we could organise the Wgtn TCWNR and the Wairarapa WNR to met up at a pub in Featherston now and then.

I used to do a tuesday nite ride and then stop at a pub....was a bit of a lonely affair lol...only usually 2 or 3 bikes...we used to meet up at parkvale hall [down from parkvale mushrooms...piss off down to martinborogh from there [or hill climb and pack to gladstone pub]..some times a quick blat to ferry pub or just go straight to the martinborogh hotel [peppers]...

but alas I hav no road bike now

THEN i am offering a Wednesday night ride to a church in the Wairarapa. First stop - the Gladstone Chapel then on to the Martinborough Municipal Church for the Elderly and finally, The Lake Ferry Church of the lost Disciples!
