Anzac Day Ride

Ride on Anzac day if anyone interested in going for a day ride.Any suggestions on where to go then post up your ideas.Could do up the coast from CHCH to Blenheim to Nelson then Murchison-Lewis to CHCH,or round the big block CHCH -Reefton to Greymouth - CHCH. or head down south somewhere.Get your thinking caps on and lets get out for a good ride.
Ride will depend on how the weather is on the day.

Right i know there are some rallies on weekend of 28-29th but for those that cant go then you can come out on Anzac day for a jaunt.I know it usually pisses down on Anzac day but hoping this year the sun will be shining.

How about up the Wairau Valley, out to Parnassass, and up to Kaikoura, and return?

Forgot this is the same day as the ST John ambulance charity run-but they are only going to Cust,so if you want we could go there first and then carry on with our ride.Or just go on the ride we had planned.choices.

I'd be keen if I can get on top of work and get rid of this head cold!

Head cold as well and cant shake it.If you can come then check your front tire is ok.
Well are we getting anymore CHCH riders wanting to join us on the day or has everyone gone into hibernation.

Sounds like a few of us a battling head colds.

Seeimg as I missed the last one and I only heard good things about it, I better come on this one. I'm always keen to do the Chch to Nelson and back again trip, but am open to any suggestions.

Well are we going for a big ride or to the St John Ambo run and then carry on with a ride.If we do the Ambo run then that cuts the time for riding down by quite a bit,so thought and time to leave on the day.So if no more ideas then i will post up where we are going and departure time on Monday night.
