1/ do you know that 80% of house sold are not what a purchaser has asked for on inital consultatation. I for one have lost many a sell dew to a purchaser buy something completely opposite to what they have asked for.
2/It could be diffucult if there is nothing out there for sale in the price range that you are looking for.
3/ How do you know he wasn't doing what the vendor asked of him.Vendor may of said don't come back unless it's a desent offer so he would of been 100% listening to the person he was working for. And stop and think about that as one day you may be a vendor. As far as a consultant threatening you you should of told him to get off your property and dont come back. Then rang the Manger of said company and delt with them.
