Thoughts on Moulin Rouge

Nicole Kidman has never been one of my turn ons. Like most of her movies she was miscast for the role. Kidman just does not come across as voluptouse that the role demanded. Sets were stunning but the story line..............I got bored and read a book half way thru. Now if it had been that chick that starred in Chicago..............name??..............I might have been a bit more interested.

In Chicago there is Catherine Zeta-Jones (brunette) and Renee Zeilweger (blonde, not sur about the spelling though

I think that the soundtracks in Moulin Rouge are awesome: just a mix of lots of hits in one song, plus i like the colors and the rhythm of the movieand finally...it's in Paris!!!!

the pizazz that the movie had REALLY was awesome... another good movie, Rocky Horror... go see my other thread if you havnt already...

I think that nicole was well cast for the movie personally, she's just the right sort of pretty... maybe needing a bit more cutrves to be more realistic for the prostitutes of that time period, but still... i liked it lots

i still havnt seen chicago...
