    References it?
A vague, passing resemblance to a couple of the lines!

I'm happy it is not a repost now!

    However, speaking of reposts...
I notice that you are reposting my "pining for the fjords" line. Would you like to see my leasing agreement?

Reasons Why Some Riders Do Not Wave Back:

Harley riders - they are afraid it will violate their right to ownership. If they do wave, they always wave low, so they’re ready to catch falling parts from their bike.

Gold Wing riders - can't remember where the "Wave Back" button is.

Riders of ‘Busas, Gixxers, Fireblades, etc - afraid to let go of the handles at any time for fear that the bike will suddenly double its speed and/or take off in a new direction.

Riders of Italian bikes - know what that sign you just made really means, and intend to tell Uncle Corleone and his "friends" about it as soon as they track down your licence number.

Scooter riders – too busy thinking “Did you just wave at ME?”

Riders of British bikes - fearful that moving their hands away from the handlebars will momentarily shift their bodyweight, thus upsetting their Lucas wiring, which will cause their engine to cut out.

    Nice one dude.

You're quite obvious, I mean "check out that guy riding his bike while his head is stuck up his arse"...... "OH my, that must be katman".

I am one of the few that have a genuine reason for not waving. I even have a note from my doctor, Dr Greenthumb.

I wave but then I ride a beema and that gives me plenty of time cause I'm going so slow.
And I don't have to look out for bits falling off.
And I'm a friendly guy too.

    haha

I try and wave most of the time.

the best I've had was from a mongrel mob member, who happend to be one of the biggest people I've ever seen gave me a masive wave peace sign as he went past.

I ride a Hyosung 250, and the best wave I got was from a Harley rider out in the Bay of Plenty area...

I'd just left from Papamoa and was on my way back up to Auckland. It was hammering down with rain and I was getting drenched. As I was on the main road out of Tauranga a Harley passed me on the other side of the road and we waved to each other as if to say -

"it's good to know I'm not the only one crazy enough to be out riding a bike in this weather!"

It's the waiting game. Waving first is shameful if you don't get one back

You're just full of excuses, eh!
