We have weekly meetings, (read, booze ups), and discuss nothing to do with the team at all.
In fact, the only thing that resembles a normal team, is that just the one guy does the tricky spanner work, but he does it for free

And Honda have more money to spend on the best up and coming talent, along with many millions of hours of experience and previous data to draw on from heaps of current riders and machines. Correct me if Im wrong but Suzuki only have two bikes that are doing really well at the moment, trouble is when they get baulked by a million hondas at the start.My point was, or rather is, that the minimal difference between the bikes is just that; negligible. however the way the bikes perform and the way the power is delivered means that Honda usually end up on teh podiums.. where as gixxers DON'T! cos they crash...
