Listen to talkback radio - take an opposing view to everyone that rings, and yell obscenities at the callers.

An endless supply of verbal punching bags, all blissfully unaware that they are being subjected to my verbal wrath...

i get waaaaaaaay too stressed -
i tend not to think about it too much as sometimes i even get stressed about getting stressed

    the trick is distraction
start thinking about or doing something unconnected with whatever it is ..

    • A fun fast ride
    • Go to the river and throw stones (you get a damned good throwing arm out of it too)
    • Music - lights off... headphones on, and just bathe in the stuff
    • Gym is always a good option
    • Find a pub and some mates and have a laugh - usually at someone's expense
$2,000 cash if you find a buyer for my house, kumeuhouseforsale@straightshooters.co.nz for details

I like to have time to myself when upset. I also get kinda grumpy.

    anger management

    A few things

go for a run or a ride, the endorphins will help

watch ''BORAT'', its hard to stay angry when you are laughing till your guts hurt

think of someone less fortunate than you, there are heaps on them around

I know its harder for you guys to let it go sometimes, so assume you are normal

I sit outside in the garden with Timothy and Sootie that cats, just being there alone with them, is quite calming and helps me think..... quiet and calm!
