Yeah, getting out on the bike and putting some k's under the tyres always helps me to unwind after a frustrating day inthe office!

im looking at getting into kite surfing, also paragliding and hanggliding tickle my fancy... then there is blokarting, or just straight sailing. There is actually a lot of things you can do for 'free' after laying out a base setup cost, all you need is the wind and some free space and you are away laughing.

If you are shit at golf then i suggest staying away from the driving range, also if you are bad at pool then dont go and play your mates when you've had a shit day, it will only get worse!

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Went back to the gym tonight after a 3 month absence. Fuck, I cannot believe how unfit I really am....

Must say, it does help in releasing some of that energy that builds up.
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Anything physical - sport or manual labour, or listening to loud music.

I find welding quite therapeutic. Im always breaking stuff so theres always something to repair in my garage. Fixed 3 chainbrakes and one kill switch on some saws, the clutch on my chipper and dressed a few bars today. I need a mig welder!

Taking my lab pup for a walk works sometimes, when its a little darker she will chase a laser pointer for miles. Theres alot of happyness from watching your pup run around like a mad thing with other dogs.

Going for a hunt before it gets dark is good to, but I dont do that very often anymore (curse suburban life)
