It's quicker over the Paekakariki hill road and Haywards not to mention more fun! You bike might be a lot nimbler than my Guzzi but mate, that road sucks on a bike. Even without the plonkers in house sized 4WD's than cannot actually get around the bends without crossing onto your side (there is only 1 side in some place) it's just nasty!

If I get my oil changed this week I might be keen if it's no longer artic tundra on top of the hill. It means an early leave from the coast though and I will have house guests and a hangover so we have to see....

Id be keen to catch up with you guys for a ride. Which day are you coming down and what time would you be arriving ? Where will you be staying ?

Could meet up with Blakamin and a few others at Kapiti on the way down and show you the famous Paekakariki Hill Road.

Just to help motivate you, I'll beetle up to your place to dig you out of bed, and meet up with you and Blakamin.

Blakamin and I need to have that Roadie vs Drummer smackdown, and I'll need someone to take me to hospital and store my bike in their garage after he's finished with me.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

    OK....

I promise to wear my undies when I answer the front door this time!

Sunday is my birthday so I can do what ever i want!

I think it is also fathers day so that means I will have to be home after lunch so my adoring family can shower me with gifts that i bought for myself, eat all the food i bought and drink me dry... (who taught them that)

Are you sure you are alowed out to play? Or do you have to use that cool lawn mower Heather bought you?

On the money as usual. Must escape. Will request bike ride as Father's Day present, followed by lunch at Farm.

    Excellent idea.

    Erm, I'll go...

Just let me know when, and where exactly to meet, and where we're going closer to the time, and I'm there! Oh, if it's not raining of course!

Blakamin, maybe you can PM me when it's all finalised? Hopefully we get better weather this time, not like the planned Manfield ride.
