Post Room avil mid May. Wtn. Good for m/cycles

Our room is coming up for grabs, since we're going away: (www.russiantraverse.co.nz)

Thought I'd put in on KB first, becasue it's very hard to find a flat with a good garage for motorcycle parking in Wellington. Will list on Tardme etc soon otherwise.

Available in May, exact date negotiable, sometime between the 6th and 20th

    Features:

Large double room with small private food preparation area attached. Good morning sun.

    Singles or couples welcome.

Dry, secure garage with workbenches, excellent lighting for tinkering at night and easy access from the street for your motorbike. Some room out the front of the garage to spread your stuff.

    Carport for your cage

Central location, 2 min walk from university, 2 min walk from cable car. 7 min walk to central wellington.

    Gas heating

Prospective punters need to be easy going about the other members of the flat, there are 5 of them. They are honest and easy going, but quite lazy when it comes to cleaning. If you don't have time to clean because e.g. you're planning a round the world trip or you don't like cleaning it would be perfect. It's not a total dump, but does get a bit messy at times.

Other members of the flat are between 20-28. 2 girls and 3 guys.

Cost $120 for the room, carport and garage. $20-30 for power, gas, phone, unlimited high speed internet, toilet paper, cleaning products, rubbish bags, etc... Still need to buy your own food. If you know a bit of DIY the landlord will pay you $20 per hour to fix problems as they arise.

Washing machine, fridge, dryer, stove etc all included. Concrete area out the back with bbq. No lawn or garden to maintain.

No tenancy agreement or references etc required. If you want to move out you need to replace yourself if you want your bond back. Otherwise come and go as you please.

    $300 bond.

    Any questions? Please ask.

    Cheers,

    Mark and Jane

    Cheers wasp.

Only enough off street parking for one cage. You need to get residence parking permit for parking on the street. Not sure how much that costs. Unless you don't have a motorbike of course, then you could put a cage in the gge.

Given the size of the vehicles you're talking about I don't think you'd get a cage and motorbike in the garage comfortably.

Cage and motorbike in garage wouldn't be a problem for regular car though, eg corolla.

    Cheers.
