    Christchurch: Any butchers out there?

    Hey all

I am trying to track down a butcher..... my flatmate can get Moo's and Baa's fairly frequently from the farm and while he can butcher them, we would really like to be able to get some of these yummy creatures made into mince and the like, and we just dont have the equipment for that.

So is anyone in the trade??? Am happy to pay or whoever can take some of the meat in return for the help.....

    Thanks

There are a few butchers around (mainly semi-rural ) that'll do it. There use to be a good one set up not far from the belfast works, on the farm but if all else fails the works will process them to order. - they do usually prefer to do the kill as well though. Sockburn plant did anyway
