    Son scores first goal

I coach my sons 8th Grade soccer team and had to let everyone know he scored his first goal yesterday and this is his 3rd year playing the game.

He's not the best player around but he tries hard and thats all I ask and I am so happy for him.

Guess he can go and play rugby

Doesn't matter what he does as long as he knows you're there supporting him he'll enjoy it.

I played hockey for 7 years and scored no goals ever. After two seasons of trying, I got sick of it and became a goalkeeper. I got kinda good at throwing myself in front of things, so I guess there was a lesson in it somewhere...

Not rocks. They are hard stone things. I too was a hockey goalie. In Wairoa of all places - hockey in the provinces is a vicious sport...

every body thinks of the all blacks as hard men but i doubt they would last long in a hockey match

I also played rugby with Jerry Collins and can vouch that he is the hardest man in NZ rugby.
