just out of matamata heading towards the kamais

you head out of matamata, and keep following the road, do not take the tauranga turn off, keep going thru that intersection and you should wind up there

    I'd love to be there

but not sure if I can... I'll need to work out the details.

I knew Mark when he was in Taranaki. He was my neighbour and worked with him while I was still at high school, building rotary cowsheds... The irony is that he helped me earn enough money for my first motorcycle (an ER185 no less...!)

A top guy, rough as guts at times and foul mouthed when needed... but a nicer and more capable guy would be hard to find.

Please pass on my respects to Margy and Michael. They may remember me from Drake St in New Plymouth. My mother told me of his death from Leukemia earlier this year and it is a real loss.

A lot of guys die, and pass without mention. It doesn't surprise me that Mark isn't one of them. I only knew him from 20 years ago as a neighbour and first real boss but the impressions made will stay with me for life.

    A top bloke.
