Geez Jim,this is a tough one!!
    I would try & decide between 1980s CB1100R,wire wheel,black pipe Katana 1100,or Kawasaki Z1R Turbo
Or one of the Steve Roberts aluminium or plastic fantastic bikes, ooh a Mcintosh suzuki
    A Britten,a Moto GP bike
    Umm the 1950s MotoGuzzi 500cc V8
Oh shit where do I stop

    What would you choose?

No need to worry about practicality. No need to worry about operating costs, or insurance, no need to give a rat's banana about what people would think of you.

Something with nitromethane in the tank would be interesting.

For those that have watched American chopper their Black widow bike or the Shelby cobra bike would be my pick.

I haven't had my bike long so I'd probably buy the same thing again (VFR).
If we are talking a second bike, it'd be an Aprillia RS250, and if the "money no object" ran to a third, it'd be a Harley.
