    Well, we did wonder ...

That's why we forced ourselves, at great personal hardship, to sit and watch the worlds fastest indian, drink coffee, chat with SwP and meet n greet all the bikers who called by. It was tough but we survived

No, the FXR would have been the legend carrying the load.

    Then we are Legendary!

Due to a mixup in vehicular arrangements, I had to double Nasty from our place to Porirua. That's 10 very interesting kilometers She was very light in the front (the bike, the bike) and the balance was interesting too. None of that mattered of course, the worst part was Nasty yelling in my ear about how scared she was.

Silly woman - has no faith

Hey Guys. Sorry I couldn't make it. I was getting myself organised for the phoenix game. I know no excuse. I definitely would like to do one of these rides. Guess I am a bit apprehensive. I have only done just over 100kms on my bike. So still learning. Also have my lovely L plate on the back? Do you have other L plate riders come along as well.??
Looking forward to getting out and practice practice and practice.

If you are worried - pm someone - anyone - well almost anyone - and they will escourt you if ya like... These are all very nice folks (apart from me) and it's a great place to start..

If your total riding time is 100km only - you might want to run it around the block a 'few' more times and again - just send a pm to someone and you will get either help or direction...

    Cheers

I think we went via longbush ... now that is a cool ride. Unfortunately we didn't know the daffodil day was that big .. so landed in a brsting wee town ... then we went up SH 2 .... and to the top of the hill .. . Wannabiker had a slight issue and went off to get a trailor while Mrs Wannabiker, grub and myself made ourselfs at home in the cafe .. which was good .... Wannabiker made it back .. they loaded the bike .. and then off we went ... great ride guys .. lotsa fun ...

Well there I was, watching you come up the hill. You pulled in behind the bus and I expected you all to stop for 5 mins to regroup. When you didn't appear around the other side of the bus I went looking. Only to find that you had all disappeared down the hill. By the time I got the lid and gloves on and got after you, I had a stream of cages in front of me so never did catch up.
I wasn't sure if you had went straight on to Carterton or shot off to Martinborough. Never mind. I had a good day just playing on the hill.

Oh! and if the guy who I came up on on the Featherstone side is on the site. my apologies. Pulled out to go past a cage and the ar$%%le closed the gap and moved over to the right. Forced me to have to take the next cage as well. Thankfully it was a bike that came around the next bend and not a car.
I'm only wearing black until they develop something darker

I got a WOF for my VFR today, basically had a cruisy day quitting work at 10.15am, so played with the bikes so yeah I'll see you one day soon.

Was it only a battery problem on your bike or did it need a new reg/rectifier or something as well or should I not ask techie questions?
    Cheers
