    In two minds

I've just taken off the fairings on my bike....and I think it looks quite hot...

Should I leave them off, make a few mods and make it a street fighter style....

    Or...

Put the fairings back on and have it as it was originally intended to be?

*As for the poll it was ment to read

Yes for fairings to remain on the bike.
No for fairings to be on the bike.

actaully the poll makes no sence, yes to having the fairings on, and no to streetfighter style?
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

Maybe the decision is not whether to have fairings on or not, but whether you want to customise / modify the bike?

Go for the custom look, it shows an enthusiasm and individuality that can be sadly lacking nowadays......

Once you've decided to custiomise it, decide on its function and a style you want to develop.

    Then worry about the fairings!

Looks nice naked, if you hide the nasty wiring out of the way. Put the rear bit back on though, you want to see the grunty bits, not the naked arse poohole.

Personally I reckon fairings on, unless you're prepared to properly street fighter the bike...and the bike has a fair bit of work to get to street fighter level blingage wise (please refer to DMNTD's school of choppers for more info ).

Almost every time I've taken my fairings off my bikes I've thought...woo hoo, thats getting me street fighter tent pitched...but it soon passes when I start contemplating the work required.

I do like the way they mount the lights though, it does prepare it somewhat for such a project.
