Any KB rides this Sunday the 5th near Auckland?

I am not organising one as I may have other commitments at the time. However if some people are going on a ride this Sunday, I'll join you guys if I can.

I am keen to do SH22 and surroundings as my bike now tops out at about 120-140 (Its not my bro's XR) and I really don't wana go all the way to do the loop or Whanga-Waihi at that speed. I also have to be back in Auckland at about 1700 hrs to go to work.

    Cheers.

    LOL

Paparazzi - I don't ride the GSXR on the road cause I can't afford to add any wear and tear to it with out getting any skill advancements in return. That bike will only be used on the track (the only place where I can/should really learn how to go faster safely).

I'll be on a very worn out TZR 250 street fighter! :cool2:

I was wondering if the GSXR had fallen victim to the Kwaka-Kid school of tuning that I've heard of...

If your TZR have a top speed like that I might actually be able to keep up with you!

Thank you Jo but paparazzi has just begun riding bikes so that's not even a question right now. He is doing very well for someone of his experience.

I am sure FF and loosebruce will agree that the TZR is not slow through something like SH22. Let's just say that it is near impossbile to run in too hot for a corner on it and that just does wonders for the average speed for the whole ride.

I've got a kinda gutless bike! And I feel like my mental health (or lack thereof) could do with me going on a ride, I haven't done anything other than commuting for ages.

So is someone organising a ride this weekend?
