and you dont know if the person you saw has private health care or not.... bloody do gooder
It was just a general comment dude, just like everyone else - its a forum to air opinion. No need to get stupid about it. A fatal costs millions, minor crashes in the high thousands and tens of thousands - i doubt you or anyone else pay anywhere near that to cover the real cost of the crash. So how about you be a little more objective rather than fire off without doing your research.... which i did do.

They have compulsory third party - which is NOT vehicle insurance - its accident insurance - a bit like ACC and costs as much.

You want cheese grater chip seal - come over here - I got scarring down one arm and a shredded shirt through the leathers after my last little adventure sliding up the road on my face!
They seem to use specially sharpened granite stones, point up, on the local back roads........grind through a ZX9 side cover in about 2 feet .............

white trash... that sounds like a plan, but then id smell like juice all day at work!

I was hoping you would say that.

    Here is a theroy.

You are so sure that you are not going to fall off your bike that you do not wear protective clothing yet still feel the need to pay for insurance?

So what you are really saying is that your body is not worth anything but a Virago is worth protecting?

If you are so sure you are not going to fall off then why are you paying all that money out every year? Why not just get 3rd party and theft?

Something doesn't add up now does it?

have to agree with you there cowboyz

have seen a couple of harley riders wearing shorts and singlet and jandels have to wonder there

Saw a guy in the early 80's who had his Asre completely ripped off after sliding down the road in shorts

That was all I needed see to stay covered up.......
