As per my understanding:

Some members of stormtroopers formed Tribesmen MC.

TMC has been suggested as being patched over by the Rebels MC, as well as a few others going Rebels.

Suggested, no publicized proof.

If it's a traditional patch over, then TMC will be no longer exist.
