The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
my own fault really.

About time you got out on the track, great job Jimmy. Well done Shaun. Not bad times ay!
Far out WT, that's farkin awesome. Good on ya!! I can't believe that you haven't really got stuck in to racing before this.

Good on ya Jimmy, just a few seconds to come off your times and you'll be taking on that Sam fellah.

Well, where the hell do I start?
There's so many people I need to thank wholeheartedly for the opportunity given to me over the weekend. To actually spend a whole race day on a real race bike is nothing to be sneezed at but to have it prepared and set up specifically for you, by someone who KNOWS what they're doing and be mentored by a racer with Shauns experience and knowledge, is nothing short of priceless.
I'm forever in both Speedie and Shauns debt for that. If it goes no further, I'm still stoked.
The fact that I managed to make constant gains and improvements throughout the day proves to myself more than anyone that I'm heading in the right direction.
To everyone who lent a hand or a word of encouragment, a masive thankyou. Nicko and TS both gave me "on track" advise which helped immensly, but Shaun explaining to me ways which may help me think better made the biggest difference.
I'm still a bit overwhelmed to be honest but I've worked out over the past 24 hours where I'll be able to gain at least a second.
Roll on phase two!!!!!!!!!!
