    Wanted: Feijoas

If anyone in Auckland has a surplus of feijoas , I am happy to help you out!

My god I love feijoas, they are my favourite food in the whole world. I like them more than pizza or icecream or even... yes... BEER. Make Feijoa icecream, put a whole bunch of feijoas in soft vanilla icecream, mix it all up with a tough spoon or stick, and put it back in the freezer. YUM!
Recently I have been mixing beer and feijoa juice. Bizzare I know, but it tastes great!

How big did you say those bags were?
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I was playing rough and tumble on the back lawn with the kids on the weekend, and got kicked in the feijoas.

Feijoa schnapps - 'Uncle' Franz (the pisshead) made schnapps that was so smooth and potent you could run the space shuttle with it...

I got 10kg of em sent down from Kerikeri the other day. They're good! Ended up scooping most of them out and freezing them though since they go off so fast. Made a big feijoa and apple crumble last night. If you've got spare feijoas I'd recommend making one!
