Bit strong. Hey, glad you enjoyed it......!

Did you see The Quiet American with Michael Caine in it ?

I thought that was really well done..... Did it float your boat ?

Everything is always okay in the end.
If it's not, then it's not The End.

The Quiet American was an excellent film. Well worth watching. Also really enjoyed watching Do Thi Hai Yen, the really beautiful French-Vietnamese girl. She was a ballerina in Ho Chi Minh City when she accompanied her boyfriend, an actor, to an audition for The Quiet American where she caught the director’s eye.

On Any Sunday is a good bike movie - came out in 70-71, but encompasses all aspects of mbike activity - AMA circuit racing, Enduros, Trials, etc. More of a historic footage movie these days - Daytona in the Triumph Triple era - but still interesting viewing if you can find it.

I can see why people could like Russian Ark, but The Quiet American was far more enjoyable, IMHO.

yeh I seen it, Dennis Hopper was the other dude, also had a very young Jack Nicolson in it riding around on the back of a chopper in a grid iron lid. very cool film.

    Hey Spankme,
While I share your views of art house movies I feel your choices are lost on some of the other readers. It's great to know not all bikers are into action flicks only.

For a bit of ott comedy, Yellowbeard. Features half the Monty Python crew. Very funny, VERY un-pc.

    Life Of Brian is funny.
But then again, I love Monty Phyton and the holy grail better.
