Yep. Good to meet you, Spank (+ partner), as well as the others I met there - Mr Sensible (+ Mrs Sensible), Joni, Kickaha, Huntaway, Tim (forget your KB name), Silage, Cowboy6155, OAB (eventually)... I'm sure there are a couple of others names I've forgotten. Anyway nice weather for a change, good to put some faces to some names over a couple of beers. Cheers

    Hey SpankMe
A priviledge to have met His Devine Shadow at last
And just in time it might seem! This is such a great website and we all owe you for "providing the space". Good that you will still be around and best wishes for that bit of your life you are claiming back!

Was a pleasure to finally meet you too! Oh, and Coke Boy, I mean Kickaha... Sorry about knocking over the last of what was in that glass. What a muppet! Good effort with the booze Joni, was glad I wasn't the only one drinking up and being happy about it! Probably talked too much though, as usual... It's the beer I tell ya
Will hopefully spot you two out at Ruapuna tomorrow!

Why is it that I always find myself doing the same thing? Must be a male thing to find yourself spotting good skimming stones on a riverbank, involuntarily picking them up and having a go skimming them... and then wasting half an hour trying to get to 10 skips...

Hopefully meet you next time mate. Sounds like you had a good day anyway though

There will be a clip on my webshots page of my meanderigs today, in an almost motorcycle, a Honda N360. A car that realy is a motorbike that thinks it's a car, or is that a bike Now I'm confused.....

Monkey? Not likely! I ride a matchbox toy, touring is not what it does! Still, if you're keen for a wander over Gebbies Pass or out to Akaroa or something sometime, drop me a PM... or we can trade cellphone numbers and you can send me a text. I'm always keen for a ride, as I don't have anyone I ride with regularly at this stage.

Ah the N360. One of the more famous old Hondas. People confuse it with the later N600 though, which looks like a small Civic. You have one? Nice. Not too many of those kicking around in New Zealand, which doesn't really like Honda very much. I've not seen a running condition N360 in the flesh. I'm familiar with old Hondas though... ex member of NZHondas.com, and got a classic Honda of my own, though not quite as old as the N360 - a 1990 EF9 Civic SiR. Beaut wee car.

Spotted one of these in Paris at Easter. Beautifully restored. Know what it is? Know any other 24 year olds into this stuff?!

I have seen plenty a small bike at the Monk' yeah for real... catching a ride would be great sometime. Just gotta get me bike back from the shop, even the bigger bikes are really better... lol

Oh yes I have a Honda N360 on the road, and two others that are not, And also have 2 N600's, one which is road worthy, but off road as I gotta do some work to it.
This is not off topic right???
That car above is the S600 uh. Hard top version, the soft is much more sexy.
I never liked Honda's Though had two Honda bikes to begin my biking era.
Hardest part is keeping em on the road, as Honda dont make the bits anymore

    Forgive the off topic clip...
This is what I was doing this arvo, as it would not have been appropriate to take the kids to a bar, espec' with a little boy who loves to run about like a blue arse fly.
Wonder if a KB sticker could be approriate on the rear window? mmm

Yep, S600 Coupe. I prefer the soft top as well - but I think it was a hard top I spotted in Paris. Actually I forget now, it could have actually been the soft top. I agree it's sexier. People must think we're really messed up, thinking of an S600 as sexy. But I'd love one. And an S800... and an N600... Anyway, it was right outside Notre Dame Cathedral... occupants looks faintly amused as some people took photos of the car as well as the cathedral! I'd crossed the road and didn't get a photo of it. Knew what it was though. Weird seeing a left hook version!

Nice video clip, looks as though you had a great day too (see, on topic, talking about today... sorta... )! Pretty good video editing as well, I should learn how to do that one day. Sounds as though we'd need excuses not to catch up! Keen on old Hondas (though not bikes in your case?), motorbikes and riding, Ashley river, beer... hehe

Apologese I couldn't make it. Stuck at work.

Let us know next time you are around
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods
