We all get faster in the afternoon. Something to do with familiarity or the track/tyres are warmer and feel more planted....
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Lol... Yep good to catch up with you guys again, twas a wicked day and night before wasn't too bad either

You need a bigger car Eddie, Boomer lying across 4 of us in back seat on way home wasn't too hygenic...esp when he farted

Thank you giving me the learn Logan(like you said you would the night before lol) was happy to repay the favour for the rest of the day

After lo-siding on the second corner of the first lap of my first session I was quickly reminded about cold tyres

Fine... it was the first time I have crashed in 7 years so meh ... Bike was fine except for left hand fairing well scratched up

2nd session was a bit tentative but quickly got confidence back and it was all go after that, I learnt a LOT about the track after yesterday... Diablo's (rear...had SC0 supercorsa on front) do not make for a good tarck tyre.... Was leaving black marks everywhere and nearly hi-sided twice onto the back straight(eh Darrell and Jesse lol)

Rest of the day was primo, was good watching all the different groups going around... a bit of carnage here and there, nothing too major tho

Thanks Frosty for a ripper day and a bloody good job

    Giddy up

Great day Frosty! First time on the track and good opportunity to see what the Aprilia felt like. Right where it belongs - on a track

Look forward to some photos and more Track Days to come!

Yeah that'd be me. Told everyone to have paddock stands ready to hold the bikes up, last minute proved that one of the bikes wasn't able to be transported on paddock stands and only my bike would sit on its stand properly. Thus the only way to fit all three bikes on was with the ZXR and the CBR on their stands, however Mark is exaggerting a bit. The were tentioned in a triangle so that all the forces balanced and stabilised the bikes. They weren't anchored down on the stands.Seems they may have slipped a bit an unbalanced the tensioning.
Marks tie down snapped because he had sharp edged on his bike...get a file and deal to that Mark!
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.

Good day Frosty...sorry again bout going in the wrong group . Anyway, what a great day out.

One little disappointment was not being able to two up even in the slow group...the Girls were quite disappointed as was I. We had a great day on Friday at the MotoTT day where they let us go out two up and we had a ball...Anyway, something to think of for next time maybe .

    Giddy up!

Top day out. The new organisation worked really well. Too much track time for me. Tried moving around the bike more since I had new kit that allowed it. Can hardly walk today. Need to get race fit for the next one.

Sorry mate, don't try tie 'em down on race stands either. Straight up and down, four ties per bike, on their wheels, compressing either the front or rear suspension.

Sigh. I wasn't there to race. I was there to have fun and learn some new stuff.

Ok, well thanks, info noted for the next time.

I did that with one bike once and nearly lost it over some really bumpy roads, hence I was put off that method! Dare say you have transported many many more bikes than I have, so I must have cocked it up to nearly loose the bike...will have another go next time.
