Look forward to a rematch mate!!!! That was awesome fun!!
Damn you made me work for that... Just when I thought I had lost ya, you were right on my tail again...awesome riding man and will be seeing ya on the next track day for sure

It's not a race, however in a race I'm fairly certain no one is going to be pulling over to give you a safe way past.... Some people were out their to work on improving their technique, not just target another rider and make it their mission to get past at all costs.

I was listening at riders briefing...thats why i couldn't pass safely until the 3rd session plenty of chances to pass but were to high a risk....

thus i waited.....i ddnt expect him to wave me through lol....was a good challenge to keep up wih him cus he kept getting me on corner exit!

and what the hell it wasnt at all costs you ask anybody who was there, i was very respectful and courteous with my passing...like wtf...

yes it wasnt a race but it's pretty pointless being out there if ya not gunna have a little bit of a chase of somebody faster to improve your skills.

some bikes i sat behind for a long time playing chaseys as they were faster through certain corners than me and i was pushing myself to keep with them.

    whatever.

    as you all were then.

    f**king shit stirrer...

Yes, Skidmark - I can confirm that you were basically a good boy (at least whenever I was watching you) AND I told you so on the day, didn't I?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Bert --credit where credits due--Skiddy may mouth off in the forums and I will NEVER ride on a public road with him BUT
I had every marshall watching for him to be a fuckwit and other than somes erratic riding -(pretty normalish for a newbee)He diddnt do anything wrong all day.
He does need to shut up and listen -given he had the ear of one of the countrys most experienced racers.
Mark if I were you I'd revisit my mindset.--FORGET about beating anyone and focus on the track--its THE TRACK you need to master -figure out the best braking points and turn in points -THEN you can set the bike up pre corner -it wont feel unstable
Do that and youll start to get smooth -or crash n burn
Then youll find passing people is easy
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?

Your improvement from your first session on the track to the last one was pretty impressive. You did well Mark, and you did well to not misbehave
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.

    +1.
Was expecting you to be a complete knob like you are always saying you are but I saw nothing untoward.

Keep plugging away the way you were and LISTENING the way you were and you will go a long way.

You could move further over on the seat. You don't have much mass but shifting it should still help. (more you mass you shift off center the faster the bike turns at the same lean)

From what I saw you were not slow.
This was why you were moved to the medium.

Funny thing was it was not until I spoke to you at lunch you worked out who I was lol. Even when I was talking to you on the grid you were so focused on what you were about to do you had no recognition of anything else.

    Awesome Track Day

Cheers Frosty; my first track day and my first real opportunity to go out and push myself that much further (and in a much safer environment than the road).

Big thanks to yourself, the marshals and all those that helped out to make it a great day.

Cheers again and I'll definitely be at KBTD early '08 :
