Tyres for MX, cross country that don't puncture??

I have recently come across the balls in the tyre product, i can't remember the product name,

has anyone had any experience with these??

do they work, what are the downsides????

never used them, can count how many flatties I have had on one hand in over 20 years of off road rides

Just use heavy duty tubes or worst case moose tubes
