You must purge yourself with a long ride up Coromandle or around the east cape while listening to nothing but Metallica, Pantera, Godsmack, BLS, Slayer, Sevendust, slipknot and other such bands. And do so immediately unless you're gonna do the east cape in wich case you must wait until I can afford to ride it aswell.
