Had great fun some years back, throwing out an old sofa + 2 lounge chairs. Walked back inside and hear brakes being applied... We saw the fellow do a very quick inspection and then proceeded to bring them back inside the fence - then he raced off.
ten minutes later he was back with a younger assistant PLUS a trailer!

Since then we had a sweepstake on how long things would take to be claimed.
None of these involved inorganic collection days though!!! Just put them outside and wait!
