It's a 4 port router so i assume it has 4 keys to allow 4 PC's to access it?

I logg into the router via the ethernet cable direct to one of the ports, put in the std IP addy and i think I should find them in there eh?

Shit - I sound almost technical...

no the 4 ports(ethernet) do not need key of any kind, the wireless(wifi) is a different story,

might be a good idea if one of local welly type geeks come out and give you a handy.

To set it up all correctly, its less than an hour for someone who knows enough

But what you want to do is log in to router (with a pc on ethernet) and look for the wireless/wifi section of the router page, and it should have something called WEP, WPA, shared key or simlar.

ANd thats the key you need to put in laptop to connect wireless to it

    Bloody thing.... gah!

OK - I have the second laptop 'connecting' but it can't seem to get a valid IP address and thus access to the interweb..

Quite exciting but ultimately another useless evening fiddling.. argh!
