Righto, this thread is about getting the heart and soul of Dandi running. A stock RD250R with a seized engine due to cruel masters.
The current engine when the head was removed revealed a hovel of horrors. Water jacket had rusty coolant, pistons with fouling and general filth encrusted muck.
Poor Dandi has been through the wars and needs mucho TLC. Present stage, is the carbs been removed, head off. Need to empty out fluids and expunge general gunk and gunge.

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
