gn250 healight bulb

anyone know where i can get a 1990 gn250 headlight bulb? My high beam blew out and well, i like my high beam. I went to colemans but they said i need to bring in the original bulb so they can find a replacement, usually this wouldnt be a problem but buggered if i remember where i put the old bulb...

i just need the headlight bulb and then she's back on the road!

But that's for a 2006 model ex China. I have no idea whether that will work for a '90. (Was fairly cheap tho, so you could buy one and try).

Why don't you just ride the bike in (during the day) and try a few until one fits?

My pick would be a H4 . Bit strange that colemans didnt know what type of bulb it takes .

Because i need to go get a warrant this saturday so i can cart my monkey arse to exams next week...

they have a book with bulbs plugs etc.. all listed how can they not know? just put my headlight back in and dont want to go fiddling again after last time so cant really help

all sorted now... gave the dude the plug and he found me a light bulb

now i just needa tap my new clutch lever assembly to take the adjuster and its all go!
