Yep, true, and we all know orange juice has other benefits that Coke sure doesn't have (dietary fibre, vitamin C etc etc). But if you're sitting around on the couch being lazy, and wanting to have a drink of something... orange juice is gonna be just as fattening. The added sugars bit on the bottle had a similar number to Coke anyway. If you're taking in kJ and not using it... might not turn into Mr KFC on Downsize Me (that was a big boy), but won't be losing weight either.
