Can someone weld my sidestand?

The loop-bit of my sidestand has broken off, where it welds onto the sidestand itself. This means I can't put it down. Doh! Oh, then I lost the loop bit.

Can someone weld a bit of bar back on?
I can bring the stand around.
And pay or give alcohol. Or favours. But the last only if you are a woman. Or a really hot shemale.
