Australian gaming server ban

Hey Guys. Im dealing with some asshole Australian Gaming Server Hosts who banned me for something I never did...

I Play a fair bit of Counter Strike Source and was playing last night as I usually do, minding my own buisness and having a good time, and with no warning I was kicked and banned from the server... what the hell I was being fair, respectful and not cheating. So I filed a Appeal. and got this back today:

"Hi

The steam id you quoted has been permanently banned for racism, we here at Internode have a zero tolerance towards racism and this ban will NOT be removed.

Cheers, Cozi.
IGN Admin Team."

This is complete bullshit, I would never be racist and have no respect for people who are racist...
just my rant for today.

if you WERE doing something bad/wrong/whatever then go away now - cs needs less people like that

they might have got the wrong person, did you save a log of your console?

say that you feel it was someone else and not you (state another player on the server at that time not someone else using your account) - ask (not demand) for a screenshot/log
