i cant uoload them to this site for everyone to watch. i have converted it into a few different formats but i either get wrong format cant upload, or invalid posting what could be the problem.

If you cant fix it with a hammer, Its an electrical problem.

Quite simply - you can't upload videos.
You can upload to Utube, and embed or post a link to the video on this site.
