I'm keen on a short ride somewhere, cause I want to be home by about 2ish.
So your call Mel baby, you wanna go for a quick ride with me and possibly the Ronin or do you wanna leave it till tomorrow? I have no idea what we're up to tomorrow, could be out riding again if the weather's going to be like this!!! I have to watch my tyres though, they're getting a bit dicey!

Well I have just txt Elle.. but shes pretty useless at getting back to me, also Ronin. Wouldnt mind going for a ride today, will see what they say.

I have such a sore neck and shoulders from riding today... just wanted to go have a nap when I got home.

Also I am not sure where else to post this idea, maybe make a new thread.... but I think we Rapa people should organise a trip up north sometime for a couple of days, stay at a motel, or cabins whatever. As usual I have no idea where.. or when. What do ya think guys?

If so... I think it sounds like a cool idea as long as we can get on the piss;

If not... what a shite idea, you should stay on your own patch (and go riding with me!)

Thats a great idea Mel. I'm keen- weekend road trip

Theres some nice back roads up to Taihape I've done a couple of times- then you can go on to Taupo (SH1- Desert Rd), all very do-able in a day. Taupo Napier home???
Or West coast way- New Plymouth? I haven't been out there yet.

Theres also the Cold Kiwi on the first weekend of September. But that deserves another trip entirely.

My 2c. Other suggestions?

Heehee ok, I am going to start a different thread for our Weekend Road Trip, so this thread can stay as the Weekend/Wednesday Night ride. We got to sort out a date so Elle can come along.. even if its on her little 150... will leave Trudes to persuade her... cause you are so good at that

. Nigel you are welcome to join us.... we might need someone to drag Trudes out of the gutter.

Cold Kiwi sounds like fun... a little cold, but fun kinje!
