    New Acronym

    I have a new word for a whole bunch of people I see driving around Whangarei. HOBANS hat on backwards, no seatbelts. Go sit in the mall and count them as they drive round and round and round etc. Usually this group is in the 'couldn't afford a proper boy-racer car, so I'll totally fuck up this here piece of crap' bracket. Do they live in YOUR town too?
