www.bimoto.be (Belgium) has the Imatra (which I think is the jacket you are referring to) in the bargains moto section. A lot of other retro style jackets in the main motorcycling section and in the outlet moto section also.

I've bought tons of stuff from Frans at Bimoto over the years and he is excellent to deal with. Top shop.
