Wicked qualifying Jill, you were all set up to kick some arse...

That crash of yours gave me a hell of a fright. The last person I expected to see sprawled all over the track in front of me was you...you're so not a crasher (and not to mention you qualified 9 spots ahead of me and I'd already got a pretty crap start, so I'd have expected you to be well out of the way by the time I got there You must've been swamped in that first corner).

Jill didn't make the massive improvements last year by not pushing it to her limits and beyond... and crashing 2 or 3 times.

hahahaa...I've crashed a total of 4 times since I started riding just over two years ago - all of them on the track. I crashed twice very early on last year and then did not crash again until this last month.

I know why I crashed both times in the last month, and I know what I need to do so as not to crash again in that manner.

Jay has some good comments to make on crashing in this thread: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=47501

I would prefer not to crash, but it has happened and unless I learn from it, then there is no point in getting back on the bike.

Roll on round 2 of the VMCC Winter Series...
    Exploring pastures anew...
