So are you trying to run the DL on methane?

You know those V Stroms look a lot like an SV with longer suspension, a bigger front wheel, and new seat and bodywork.

You know those V Stroms look a lot like an SV with longer suspension, a bigger front wheel, and new seat and bodywork.

And an SV650 engine too. Actually it was the longer suspension that was the main feature for me in choosing this VStrom, and also the 650 as opposed to the 1000cc initially. Ergonomics, the seating and pegs and handlebar believe it or not is not much different to,,,,wait for it,,,,a GN250, though of course you are riding a lot higher.

Borrowed brother in law [Stevedee]'s camera.

How is the DL at wheelies?

Been there done that, unintentionally, in the carpark on a GN250, so if I can do lift the GN250 front wheel up [ah hum and let go of the bike shhhh] I reckon the VStrom would be a snap....but will never find out.
