    Boy racer neons

I would love to do up my GSX250 with neons and stuff , but I can't find anyone who does anything like it. Was wondering if anyone has actually kitted their bike up? And do you just use car ones or are there ones that can be put straight onto a bike?

I actually think TIE's bike looks pretty cool

Looks like done with HI LEDs.

When I get my faired bike I think I might chuck a couple of red LEDs in a couple of strategic places.

A revolving red and blue neon should get your bike noticed.

Some of those neon tubes are quite fragile, I would recommend super bright LEDs - plus you can get LED tube arrangements.

Blue cold cathode + UV reactive stuff = win.

I'd go with LED's too, especially since you can get them in a huge range of focal width, intensity and colours.

Plus they'll put next to no strain on the charging system.

Where do you get that cool plastic? Wonder if you could make radiator hoses, brake lines, etc. out of it and then use those cathodes

r6_kid and I were into these a while ago, he put some green LEDs over his old ZXR250

It's just your average cable sleeving except it's UV reactive. I don't know if it would be totally applicable for use on bikes as it does tend to melt if exposed to a lot of heat. This stuff would look cool around your wires and lines though. You can get it from most computer stores.

EDIT: The Orange plastic molex connectors are vantec as well, I don't know where you can get that awesome UV plastic from unfortunately.
