This is a tempting rally to travel to. And since no other Pig Islander has posted, I will tentatively put my hand up for attendance.
Combining the Cold Kiwi and Pissed Penguin would make for a hell of a ten odd day circuit.
So at this stage, I need to dig out some maps, decide on the Scrambler or Daytona, and curry up various on road overnight lodgings.
Would like to do it on the Scrambler, so i could ride some back station roads. Nothing too blood n guts. Just something to wett my appetite to return.
Any suggestions?

so a question to you previous attendees...where do they hold the rally itself? Been to kaka point so i have an idea of the township...

Would like to consider doing this one this year, trying to encourage my auntie to meet me there from Invercargill.
Gonna have to check out the racing dates first and see if anything clashes first.

I think (I haven't been to this one before) its at the Kaka Point Domain. (I could be and most likely am wrong though)
