    Boxing Day 2007

    boxing day...

i cannot offer accomodation, sorry guys, but if anyone wants to go out on the town, let me know. depending how many of ya come along, ill buy a round.

likely will be working xmas day and the 27th, but boxing day is my day off. [boss knows better than to roster me on... ]
races should be good... dad said strouds racing again.

i think the dirt track will be set up again down by the train yards too. they were good last year, but not much of a view... too many shrubs and shit, so not many clear spots to stand. bad for photo ops.

Yeah I reckon there will be a huge amount of KB'ers in your part of the woods again!!!

    Should be great!

We are always at that Hotel/pub that is open for Christmas... we usually have a meal there and a drink before we get an early night to help prepare for the racing the next day!

So if you are there, come and say hi Sunhuntin.

    Looking forward to it!!!!

Talking I hope to be there also.

Missed the whole thing last year, so are hoping to get down there nice and early, grab a good pew and enjoy some racing. I suspect that once the masses arrive, my ability to squash feet will be pretty good...

I always scoot across for the day, it's my excuse for not being in the mainland for Xmas day.

I've never been due to always being booked up at Xmas. Will be trying to sort it out this year though. Will have a chat to some of the Welly boys and girls and see what plans are being put together.

Hope to see you all there

A big Thank you to Marty at typeface for sponsoring me to have a go in my first race

Thanks to Steven at kittyosheas for building the computer program we're using at the sprints and the Hill Climb.

I'll be there with a few likely lads in tow. Be keen for a drink that night esp as no concert this year as yet. Pity, the Dudes were great.

Maybe someone who can get there early could grab a good possie and set up a KB flag or sign or something and then we can all pop in and drink piss together and watch the fun?

I'm looking forward to it more this year than before....

1 - Kick will be doing something he has always wanted to, and that is race a sidecar there...

2 - Quite a few friends are going, that I am looking forward to seeing and catching up with.

3 - Its just a damn good day in general!

So anyone who is near the sidecar pit area and hear women screaming and running... I wont be far, as that is where Divvo will be doing his magic.

    Come and say hiya!
