    Wellytown bike garage recommendations

Can any kind soul recommend a bike garage in the greater Welly area? Am moving closer to town shortly, and would rather get to know just one garage, rather than shopping around.

    Boyles.
I live in Wgtn city and those guys have always given me outstanding service. I have never heard a bad word spoken about them.
There's TSS too, but I don't live out in the Hutt - apparently they're good too.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

I have used the following without any issues:

    in the city:

    Sawyers/Motorad (Vivien Street)
    Boyles (towards newtown)

    In the Hutt
    Motomart
    TSS

All shops provide more than adequate service - I found that Motomart is great for Honda parts and really really knows their stuff when it comes to that. TSS did lovely on both Honda and Yamaha, Boyles did the Honda no probs nice balancing job and Motorad give me some warrents, balancing etc on the yamaha again great job.

    Just some notes. - Nasty

TSS Motorcycles in the Hutt - 5693989 - Excellent shop and awesome attitude.

Wellington Motorcycles in Wellington. Long established, VERY professional organisation.

Boyle Kawasaki in Wellington - Old school motorcycle shop with very competent technicians.

IMO and from personal experience, those would be the top 3.

I to have heard great things about TSS, but so far only shopped there and will go back. Richards in J'vile is great! He is an interesting bugger but he has gone the extra mile each time.

I am never going back to Motormart as I was shocked at their service centre workmanship!

Muchas grassybum for the info. Have only visited TSS once, for a look around when passing, and was well impressed. Will make a note of them all.

I recommend MEEEEE as ive never ripped myself off and never charged me for any work ive done yet.
Otherwise just go around all the places that have been nominated and get a feel for the guys / gals that work there to see what you think. We all have experiances good and bad to help make a judgment but its not always good judgment for someone else with a differant model bike or differant needs for thier bike.
All the places mentioned are long standing shops so that says quite a bit to me anyway.
Dont forget the shops up the Kapiti Coast either as they do Sat work and you can have a breeze around the place while you wait for the bike to be ready, whats more the labour rates are cheaper up here for a start.

Shit id love to diss a certain shop in Wgtn but Bistard would have to agree with me lol and thats not fair to him.
    Cheers Paul.
