Architect, Builder, Developer wanted - Manukau / Auckland
In the process of designing of 5 bedroom house, garage and home income out in the Manukau district of Brookby near Whitford. The architectural designer who is draughting it up for me is not entirely switched on as to the local bylaws and covenants. I come from a construction background in building, residential & commercial construction and property development so I understand construction. However, it has been a couple of years since I did any work out that way, and issues around zoning and local covenants have changed a fair bit.
I am after an architect, developer, builder or designer who has done the sort of work there that I am looking to build and who can answer a few queries for me regarding that particular area...perhaps over a beer or two?
